SERVICE & SUPPORT
Need help with installation, maintenance or servicing of your label equipment? Our experienced technicians are ready to help you with your entire project: from label printers and labelling machines to scanners and label programs. To avoid that your products wear out faster than necessary, we recommend that you service them periodically and replace worn parts in a timely manner. We offer our customers a service agreement that gives you access to our support with direct assistance via telephone and on-site service. It is a nice insurance for those in need of immediate assistance.

SUBMIT ERROR REPORT
Fill in the error report for printers, dispensers and other marking and labelling equipment supplied by Märkas. When submitting them for service, it is important to remember to also send labels and printer ribbons, preferably in their original box. It is important that printer ribbons and label rollers have been removed from the machine before transport! The machine must be packed well for transport and marked “Service”
